MA Disenrollment Period Guidelines
This is a reminder that the Medicare Advantage Disenrollment Period (MADP) begins Jan. 1, 2017.

California Under-Age-65 Change
Effective Dec. 17, 2016, Mutual of Omaha will no longer accept under-age-65 new business on the California Medicare supplement High Deductible Plan F. Under-age-65 new business is available for Plans A, F and N only.

Application Requirement for Non-English Speaking and/or Reading Applicants
If an applicant does not speak and/or read English and requires a translator in order to complete an application, Form MLU25947 must be signed and submitted with the application.
