NY Rate Filing Notice
Policyholders in New York will be receiving an Initial Notice that Mutual of Omaha will be filing Medicare Supplement rate adjustment with a planned effective date of October 1, 2019.
 
On Company/One State – GA
Effective June 1, 2019 only applications underwritten by Mutual of Omaha will be accepted for new business and conversions in GA.
