You spoke and we listened. Agents — Recently our IT department created a new feature inside ManhattanDirect 2.0 to help resolve a common issue.
How many times have you submitted an application and either forgot to download a copy, or your computer glitched after you received the confirmation page? The result has been an increase in agent calls and requests. But technology puts the power back in your hands!
ManhattanLife has created a space for you to retrieve your newly-submitted applications. You will simply navigate to the Home Tab of 2.0 and follow the instructions:
In the search box below the tabs, you can search for your Client by Name or Enrollment ID:
When your client is found, click on their entry and a download option will appear by clicking “View.” Once selected, the application will download and open for your to view or save.
