Internet Explorer no longer supported for e-Signature

Internet Explorer no longer supported in eApp eSignature process

Effective June 29, 2021, the iGo eAPP no longer supports Internet Explorer 11 or earlier for the AlphaTrust eSignature signing.

To avoid issues, please use a supported browser: Google Chrome, FireFox, Mircosoft Edge or Safari. If browser issues continue, contact the iPipeline/iGO tech support desk at 1-800-641-6557 or support@ipipeline.com (Mon-Fri 8am–8pm EST).

Users will see the following message if they attempt eSignature with Internet Explorer:
