Gerber Life Secure Email Update |
In order to protect confidential and Personal Identifiable Information (PII), Gerber Life is in the process of updating our Secure Email system. Beginning August 24, 2022, Gerber Life Secure Email users will no longer have to register or login to Iron Port to use the secure email feature.
Secure email will be available to all users simply by clicking the Secure Email Tab in the Agent Portal. A secure email window will appear, you can compose your email, and then select the “Send Secure” button.
Secure Email is designed to pass confidential and PII information only, which includes but is not limited to, applications, banking, personal agent and customer information; for all other communications to Gerber Life, please continue to use current processes.
