Medicare Supplement ID Cards
Delivering on an exceptional broker experience is one of our top priorities. As part of this commitment, we will now be delivering on one of the most requested enhancements. Starting October 25, 2024, you will be able to download, print, and email a duplicate PDF version of your policyholder’s Medicare supplement policy ID card.
This new enhancement is conveniently located under the link that says, “View Digital Policy PDF.” When you click the “Get a Duplicate Policy ID Card,” a pop-up box will appear and all you need to do is click the blue “View Policy ID Card (PDF)”. Once in view, you can download the card, print, and email the pdf to the client.
The attached images show where the Policy Management Tool (PMT) is located, how to search for a policy*, and where to download a duplicate PDF of the policyholder’s i.d. card.
We are excited to offer this option on our brand-new Policy Management Page tool that we debuted earlier this year. We look forward to continuing to enhance this tool and offer even more highly sought after requests in the near future.
