In addition, let us know the interview was pre-scheduled and provide the date for the interview. Please write the information on the top corner of the application.
Coming May 20, 2019 we will roll out a newly simplified qualification process for AnnuiCare®! We are moving to a tele-underwriting process that takes no more than 20 minutes. Eligibility will be determined at the end of the interview. More details to follow.
