Gerber Life Insurance’s IVR (Interactive Voice Response) phone system has gone through an overhaul. Now it is faster and easier to get information.

What has changed?

  • Choose options based on your role as either a:
    • Writing Agent, or
    • Back office, Case Manager, or Agency Representative
  • New Appointment status information includes:
    • # of active appointments
    • # of pending appointments
    • # of terminated appointments
    • Appointment status by state (last 60 days)
  • New Commission details include:
    • Commission cycle information
    • Last commission amount paid
    • Form of payments
  • New Payment options include:
    • Automatic payments
    • One time payments
    • Debt Payment (coming soon)

What authentication data will I need to access information?

  • Agent ID
  • Last 4 digits of your SSN
  • Agent DOB (XX/XX)
  • Policy number
  • Policy Holder phone number if policy number is not available
