Good news! Flexible payment options will be available for your Critical Advantage&sig;, Priority Income Protection® and Guaranteed Advantage clients starting September 27, 2019, for your clients that prefer to pay by automatic bank deductions.
They now have the option to select a flexible payment date when choosing their reoccurring automatic deductions
The new flexible payment options are shown below:
- Static dates: 1st through 28th or last day of each month
- Flexible day: Week/day combination – client can select a combination of:
- First, second, third fourth or last week of the month and any day Monday through Friday
Here is the information on the products and where your clients can find the flexible payment options.
Critical Advantage (Critical Illness, Cancer, Heart Attack & Stroke)
- Available on paper applications
- Paper applications will be updated with the new payment authorization form.
Priority Income Protection
- Available on paper applications and e-App
- Paper applications will be updated with new payment authorization form and the e-App screens will be updated to allow clients to select flexible payment dates.
Guaranteed Advantage
- Available on paper applications
- Paper applications will be updated with the new payment authorization form.
Your existing clients for these products who are interested in changing their payment options can log into Customer Access on www.mutualofomaha.com to select their new payment date.
Please note, if your customer’s selected date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be deducted on the next business day.
