From the Desk of
Tess Grace and Marty Johnson

At Mutual of Omaha we want to ensure you have the best user experience when you submit your applications. We are continuously working with iPipeline and other vendors to improve the application functionality in regard to using mobile devices and various browsers.

In the meantime we want to provide you with a few tips and workaround options should you run into any issues or receive an error message.

  • Term Life Express and Living Promise e-Apps: For the time being, do not submit applications using Safari on Apple devices. We are currently working with iPipeline to fix security issues caused by the recent Apple iOS update. Please use the current version of Chrome or one of the browsers below.
  • Only use the preferred browsers below. Please note, Internet Explorer is not a preferred browser.
    • Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Edge
  • Make sure you're always using the most recent version of a preferred browser. If you aren't, update your browser to the current version.
  • Clear your cache, or your browser history.
  • If you receive an error message and need further assistance, please contact iPipeline at (800) 641-6557. Press 1 for the support team.
    • Hours of Operation: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST

Our goal is to provide you with the smoothest experience possible and we will continue to work diligently with our vendors to improve any issues. We will update you as progress and improvements are made.

We appreciate your business and flexibility. If you have any questions, please contact your Sales Director or Account Executive.
