In our effort to become a more customer-focused company, we have examined ways to improve the customer experience with the insurance purchase process. Effective March 1, 2017, we will be making changes to help reduce APS processing time in Underwriting for Long Term Care applications.
 
In order to expedite the processing of these authorizations, we are implementing a new EchoSign electronic signature process. If a provider requires a special authorization, a notification will be sent to customers who have provided an email address to us.
