eligible for Medicare January 1, 2020 and after. Please order new
supplies and download the latest version of the e-App to see this
change.

The following states will include this new regulation:
AL, AZ, CO, DE, GA, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MS, MT,
NE, NV, NC, ND, NJ, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, WV.
