We're excited and honored to have received the Center of Excellence Call Center Certification from BenchmarkPortal for the eleventh consecutive year. In 2017, our call center handled over two million calls, earning a Customer Satisfaction rating of 4.7 and a Representative Courtesy rating of 4.9 (out of a 5.0-point scale). Bigger Network and Greater Savings
We recently partnered with DenteMax, bringing additional providers and savings opportunities to the Ameritas Dental Network. The Ameritas Dental Network is one of the largest dental networks nationwide with over 425,000 access points and over 110,000 unique providers.

New and Improved Find a Provider Tool
In an effort to provide you with a more streamlined provider tool, we introduced an enhanced Find a Provider website that is mobile responsive (meaning it functions like an app would), cost-effective, interactive and user-friendly. Check it out!
