• Basic Services (Filings, extractions and emergency treatment)
• Major Services (Crowns, dentures, bridges, root canals, and periodontics)

2.) A large network of dental providers. Our Mutual Dental Preferred^SM and Mutual Dental Protection^SM insurance policies are backed by one of the largest dental networks in the nation. The DenteMax Plus network includes participating dentists from the DenteMax, United Concordia Dental and Connection Dental networks. Your client can save on their dental treatment when they visit a network dentist to maximize their dental benefits.

3.) Easy application options:

• A stand-alone Dental e-App – perfect for those who already have a Med supp or Med Advantage plan and wish to add dental insurance;
• Seamlessly move from the Med supp e-App to the Dental e-App after completing the Med supp sale; or
• Paper- both available as a stand-alone or in the Medicare supplement application book for the states where dental is available.

E-Application can be found on Sales Professional Access (SPA) www.mutualofomaha.com/broker under Electronic Applications and paper apps are available to order through normal channels or can be downloaded on SPA Forms and Materials.
 
4.) Convenient mobile quote tool. The dental rates are available on the Mutual of Omaha Quotes for Sales Professionals  app. If you haven’t already downloaded the app you can access it from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
