New NGL Rate Calculator Available for iOS (iPhone) and Android, Please Download ASAP A new version of the mobile NGL Rate Calculator for both iOS (iPhone) and Android was just released late Friday (3/9) and should be downloaded immediately. We had discovered a bug in the application that prevents the rates from changing when the user changes the growth rate selected, causing incorrect rates to be displayed. This issue only affects the mobile versions of the rate calculator; the desktop version you may have downloaded and the web version available on MyNGLIC.com are functioning correctly and displaying the correct rates.

Updated iPhone (iOS) Version of NGL Rate Calculator Available In order to provide a more consistent and user-friendly experience, an updated version of the NGL Rate Calculator for iOS users was made available. The updated version of the iOS rate calculator was pushed to user devices through the App Store, similar to how other mobile application updates are sent on iOS devices. Updates to NGL’s email encryption

Beginning Tuesday, February 13, the first time you receive a secure, encrypted email from NGL you will need to register to view that email. NGL sends secure emails if sensitive information is included. If you previously registered, you will need to register again due to this being a new encryption provider. Benefits of the new email encryption: Clear, easy to read email alerting you of a secure email. Ability to open and read on cell phones. Option to save the password on your device to automatically open subsequent secure emails from NGL. You only need to register your device once.
