A NEW WAY to Electronically Sign Applications Effective immediately, agents who have access to their own electronic signature program may use it to submit an EssentialLTC application via the Upload Documents function in the Agent Resource Center at www.ngl-essentialltc.com. Previously, electronic signatures were only accepted if an EssentialLTC application was submitted through the EssentialLTC E-APP process. Monthly Modal Premium Factor Reduced in 5 Additional States

In addition to the 41 states that already have the lower monthly modal premium factor, on 10/11/19 the monthly modal premium factor changed from .095 to .0875 in an additional 5 states: CT, DE, IN, ND, and SD.
