We wanted to make you aware of some recent improvements to Customer Access that make it even easier for your clients to manage their Mutual of Omaha account anytime, anywhere. The following two improvements are now available: Beneficiary Changes — Clients can now view beneficiary information and request beneficiary changes online for new inforce life insurance policies. Changes are easy to make and eliminate the need to fill out and submit paper documents.
