e-App Signature Process When completing an application using the E-App tool, be sure to finish the entire signature process in order to submit the application to the home office. After obtaining an applicant’s signature, continue following the on-screen instructions until you reach the screen that says “submit to Aetna” and the status reads “submitted.” Otherwise, your application will not be submitted or processed. Medicare Supplement 5% household premium discount coming to VA

Aetna will begin offering a 5% household discount on individual Medicare Supplement plans issued in Virginia (ACI), starting April 27, 2016. The new discount will apply when two Medicare Supplement applicants reside (12 months or more) in the same household and when both policies are issued in the same state by an Aetna underwriting company.
