Care Solutions Sales Desk hours of operation this week

To accommodate annual training, the OneAmerica® Care Solutions Sales desk will operate at reduced hours this week as follows:

Care Solutions Sales Desk Hours

  • Monday, Jan. 20: 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET (normal hours)
  • Tuesday, Jan. 21: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET
  • Wednesday, Jan. 22: 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. ET
  • Thursday, Jan. 23: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET
  • Friday, Jan. 24: 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET (normal hours)

As noted above, the sales teams will maintain normal hours on Monday and Friday. You may experience longer than normal wait times throughout the week.

Nonurgent requests also can be emailed to your internal sales partner. All emails received will be responded to no later than noon on the following business day.
