Operations updates
OneAmerica closed on Good Friday
OneAmerica will be closed on Friday, April 15, for the Good Friday holiday. Normal operations will resume on Monday, April 18, 2022.
Fair Credit Reporting Act Authorization Information
In response to a regulatory requirement, we recently updated/added the Fair Credit Reporting Act Authorization Form (I-34341) to our process for all underwritten products. This authorization is automatically included within eApp, and for those unable to use our electronic application system, the Fair Credit Reporting Act Authorization Form (I-34341) is available on Forms Search. This authorization is required for both eApp and paper application submissions.

Time to move to eApps!
Register for OneSource Online
Are you still submitting your OneAmerica business on paper? If you answered Yes, now is a great time to get started using eApps for writing your new business whenever possible! We’ll be making the formal move to exclusive eApps in a few months, so why not get started now?! One of the first things you’ll need to do to start this process is to register for OneSource Online (OSO) and access Sales Connection. Once you have registered for OSO you can accomplish a lot of tasks, such as checking pending business and commissions and accessing Sales Connection. There are some great resources available on OSO to learn about submitting eApps that you will find helpful.
