GTL Portal & e-App Updates

If you are having difficulties signing into GTL’s Agent Portal, please hit both the Control key and the F5 key on your keyboard to resolve this issue.

 

Hitting the Control key and the F5 key at the same time on your PC will clear your browser cache and resolve the login issue. You will then be able to re-enter your login information on the Agent Portal and proceed.
