This hotline is for ready-to-sell brokers only and is available now through December 7. Representatives are available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.
What’s the goal: The goal is to help you get provider information quickly, and to help ensure your clients know if their providers participate in our Aetna Medicare provider network.
Who can participate: YOU! We’re inviting all ready-to-sell agents to use this service.
How to use this service: Just call 1-844-375-2394. Again, this hotline is for brokers only, not members or prospects. Representatives are available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST.
What happens during the phone call: An Aetna representative will verify that your client’s doctors are in the plan’s network.
Please note that the representatives manning this line specialize in looking up providers. They’re not equipped to answer product, commission or other types of questions. Please contact your local Aetna Medicare sales team or the Aetna Medicare Broker Services Department with those types of questions.
