WA Cares Fund is performing as we anticipated in “LTC Bullet: The Keystone Kops of LTC Insurance,” October 9, 2020. The WCF bureaucrats are busy, but the real problem is they have no answers for a growing number of questions about the underfunded program that Washington State citizens have twice rejected.
