Mutual of Omaha’s Dental Plans Approved In 4 More States

Effective March 16, 2018, you may begin selling our Mutual Dental Preferred^SM and Mutual Dental Protection^SM insurance policies with an optional vision care rider in four additional states: Illinois, Kansas, Maine & Utah.

There are four easy ways to apply:

Use the stand-alone Dental e-Application
Seamlessly move from the Med Supp e-App to the Dental e-App with certain fields pre-populated for convenience
Use the stand-alone paper application
Use the combo Med Supp/Dental paper application for convenient cross-selling capabilities
