New Email Notifications for Clients on Direct Bill

Beginning Thursday, December 13th, we will begin sending email notifications when a renewal premium is due for individual life and individual health customers on direct bill. There are three separate emails the customer may receive when the premium is due: An email notification 10 days prior to the premium due date.
