Change to Virginia Delivery Receipt Process We wanted to inform you about a recent change to the delivery receipt process in Virginia:  If the delivery receipt is not returned within 30 days, a letter, a copy of the delivery receipt and a postage paid envelope will be sent directly to the customer requesting the delivery receipt be signed and returned to United of Omaha.
