As a reminder, a signed delivery receipt is required for all Cancer, Critical Illness, and Heart Attack and Stroke policies issued in Louisiana, South Dakota and West Virginia. The delivery receipt is included within the policy package and must be signed and returned to the home office within the 30 day delivery period.
