IMPORTANT UPDATE for North Carolina HHC: Effective March 1, 2018 the Home Health Care rates in North Carolina are changing for new applications. For in-force North Carolina HHC policies, the change is effective on policy anniversaries on or after March 1, 2018.

North Carolina will now use the following HHC brochure: B-HHC-SS (03/18) NC. The prior brochure, B-HHC-SS (04/17) NC, should not be used on or after March 1, 2018.
