Effective October 24, 2015, if your client would like to pay the Initial Premium by Credit Card please see the changes below. Term Life Answers (TLA), Term Life Express (TLE), Living Promise and Accidental Death (AD) without Voice Signature You will no longer be required to enter the Credit Card information on the iGO Premium Summary screen. Clients will now enter their own Credit Card information through the email signature process. When you are ready for the client’s signature you will confirm the client’s email address. Split Commission Form now Included in Paper Application Kits

It is now easier than ever to let Gerber Life know if a policy will be split between two agents. There is now a check box on the application indicating whether or not there is an agent split. There is also an Agent Split Request Form that captures the secondary agent’s information included in all paper kits for the Grow Up® Plan and the Ger Life College Plan. It is easy to avoid delays in the processing of your Guaranteed Life applications with Gerber Life. Remember: 1. Submit a signed Producer Certification form with every application. (The Producer Certification page is part of Gerber Life’s Guaranteed Life application) 2. The “I Certify” statement on the form must be answered “YES” in order to process a Guaranteed Life application.
