Recent LTCi Underwriting Changes Account For Shorter Turnaround Times
Changes to Mutual of Omaha’s LTC Underwriting Guidelines took effect 8/14/2017, and we’re pleased we’re already seeing positive results!
Each underwriting piece is reviewed as it is received, often allowing fewer underwriting requirements to result in a decision.
The recent changes have resulted in turnaround times averaging 14 days for clients 60 and younger, as medical records are not required for every case.
