SELECT Directory Updates
Updates have been made to the Mutual of Omaha, United World, United of Omaha and Omaha Insurance Company Medicare SELECT Provider directories for the states of AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MO, TN, TX, and UT (not all states apply to all directories). There are a number of additions and terminations of network hospitals.
