A rate adjustment for Ohio has been approved. There is a 6% rate increase for Plans A, C & F and a 4% rate increase for Plans B, D, G & N.  Click here to view/print the new rates.

The rates are effective for any new business with a signature date of April 15, 2017 or later requesting an effective date of May 1, 2017 or later.

Please refer to the points below to determine which rates should be applied for new applications:

• All Medicare Supplement applications signed before  April 15, 2017 will receive the current 12-1-15 rates.
• Any Medicare Supplement applications signed on or after  April 15, 2017 requesting an effective date of May 1, 2017 or later, will receive the new 5-1-17 rates.
• Any Medicare Supplement applications re-dated on or after  April 15, 2017 will receive the new 5-1-17 rates.
