Policy Cancellation Deadline and Claim Filing Deadline

If you have been affected by the recent floods in Illinois, United Security Assurance Company of Pennsylvania will extend any cancellation deadline or claim filing deadline in order to allow you sufficient time to recover from the effects. If you need a premium invoice or duplicate policy, please call United Security at 800-872-3044.

We have been asked to advise you of the availability of the Illinois Department of Insurance for filing a complaint regarding any disaster-related dispute or issue. Consumers may call the Department’s toll-free complaint hotline at 866-445-5364, or file a complaint online at:
