A: When new agents submit their 1st application, this is when the background check will be initiated. Background checks usually take 3-5 business days depending on the state. Rest assured, your applications are still being processed while we wait on the background check. Once the background check is completed, an update will occur in the ARC Agent Resource Center. Wellabe Debt Recovery Process
Debt Recovery Process As of Oct. 16, 2023, our updated debt recovery process will be effective, and agents’ debts will be addressed accordingly. Generally, a debit balance is created when an agent receives an advance commission, and the policy terminates before that commission was earned. If you have outstanding debts, Wellabe will reach out to you twice over a 60-day period. GoldenCare will be copied on such messages and will also be in communication regarding debt repayment. If payments are continually missed, the agent will have their Agent Agreement terminated and their obligation will be reported to Vector One.
